Climbing Adventure

The half-day climb adventure starts at 9am where a guide will show and introduce you to all of the climbing gear you will be using for safety and excitement. As you hike towards one of the best views of Southern Ontario you see your climbing destination. Each person will have a chance to climb many different routes of the 430-450 million year old rocks called, The Niagara Escarpment. During a fresh snack (provided by local farmers) that is prepared by your guide he/she will share some stories about the Niagara Escarpment, the wildlife and nature inhabiting the area and about rock climbing. Following snack and story time you will enjoy a small hike and enjoy one last climb before gathering your new friends' emails for future excursions and finishing up for the afternoon.

The Full-Day Adventure is similar to the half day but gives you that something extra that makes you feel alive. Along with the great history lessons taught in a fun way from the conservation staff, you will also be introduced to some of the local wildlife (Owl & vulture). You will have the opportunity to observe the animals up close in their natural environment. This adventure also provides the opportunity to push your limits rock climbing on a variety of rock faces, hiking and caving in two different underground caves. We understand that the Full-Day Adventure Tour pushes your body and muscles hard so we provide you with plenty of cold beverages and great food (provided by local farmers) to fuel-up for the latter half of the day. Individuals will have the opportunity to use different equipment climbing and caving on 430-450 million year old rocks.
