School Rock Climbing Programs
Another great way to inspire active living in your students
Rock Climbing School is a Rock Climbing company located in Burlington, ON. We offer rock climbing instruction for people of all ages and have programs specifically designed for primary / junior students as well as intermediate students. We come to the schools fully equipped with a portable rock climbing wall, traverse wall and all the equipment and staff necessary to run a safe and fun program. The programs have been designed to incorporate Ontario curriculum expectations and to work on such personal attributes as self-esteem, teamwork and cooperation. The students work together to challenge and encourage each other and use critical thinking to follow the routes and reach the top. We would welcome the opportunity to work with you at your school and challenge the students to “Reach for the Top”.
The portable wall was designed for indoor and outdoor use. With schools in mind, it will fit through the gym doors and stands 16 ft. tall when erect. The programs for the primary students use a traverse wall and the programs for the junior and intermediate students use both a traverse and a top rope wall. A traverse wall does not require special equipment for its use. The wall is 6 ft. tall and the students work their way across the wall rather than up the wall.

Grades K-3 – 50 – 60 minutes
Top Rope programs
Grades 4-8 – 50 – 60 minutes of wall time + 30 minutes of in-class instruction
High School climbing program available
